MAGA does not understand that the joke is on them, and that every accusation against Newsom is a confession about Trump.

This is welcome, but Trump is not a man of his word. So I’ll believe it when he actually puts actions behind a promise. Until then, it’s only his most recent statement, always subject to his whim.

Trump simply does not have the power to dictate the “manner” of how the states elect federal officials. That is the purview of the states under our Constitution.
