Netanyahu now claims, offering zero evidence, that Charlie Kirk was assassinated by a combination of “radical Islamists and ultra-progressives.”
Here’s what just happened: Trump sent a peace deal to Hamas, Hamas met to discuss it in Doha, where the U.S. is mediating talks and has a base, and Israel bombed them, presumably with US support. The strike in Doha was aimed at Hamas negotiators who were gathered to discuss Trump’s ceasefire offer, according to a Hamas official speaking on Al Jazeera, much as Trump carried out fake nuclear talks with Iran in order to kill Iranian negotiators. That might explain why Trump’s offer was so short and scant on details. The whole point was to gather people together to discuss the peace offer to kill then. Israel is taking credit for the attack, citing 10/7, though most or all in Doha didnt even know about 10/7 until it happened. IDF and ISA Announcement: “The IDF and ISA conducted a precise strike targeting the senior leadership of the Hamas terrorist organization. “For years, these members of the Hamas leadership have led the terrorist organization's operations, are directly responsible for the brutal October 7th massacre, and have been orchestrating and managing the war against the State of Israel. “Prior to the strike, measures were taken in order to mitigate harm to civilians, including the use of precise munitions and additional intelligence. “The IDF and ISA will continue to operate with determination in order to defeat the Hamas terrorist organization responsible for the October 7th massacre.”
180,000 Mexican concert goers chanting Palestina Libre for a refugee family on stage
Speechless. No words for this.
I understand that Israel and its defenders are upset that a film about the murder of Hind Rajab and her family has been made and is apparently devastating to audiences. They could have avoided this by allowing the rescue workers to rescue her, instead of murdering them as well. View quoted note →
Reports from Gaza City are quite clear: Israel is sending bomb-laden robots into populated neighborhoods and detonating them. The point of assassinating as many journalists as possible is to clear the way not just for their atrocities to go unreported but to attempt to absurdly blame them on Hamas. View quoted note →
Compare this honest and impressive reporting from NYT's Aric Toler and others with the headline that the New York Times put on his article. Absolute night and day. The journalists find the IDF flat-out lied, the editors then write a headline that pretends the IDF claim is serious and includes their slanderous claim that six of those killed were militants. image View quoted note →
The IDF struck a Reuters camera and killed their cameraman, Hussam al-Masri. The IDF then put out a statement saying they struck a "Hamas camera." Reuters dutifully reported that claim in its headline as if it had any credibility at all. Reuters is quite literally willing to call itself Hamas if Israel asks it to. (I notice there's no byline on this story.) View quoted note →
They lived through 23 months of conditions so extreme as to defy description, and then had their starving children killed in front of them. I’m sometimes asked why I post so frequently about this. Is the crime committed against this family not news? Where in the world are
The right wing Times of Israel can acknowledge widespread malnutrition among children in Gaza. What is wrong with @npub1h3aq...lv4y and [@oliviareingold_]( ) and the rest of The FP? How can you be more enthusiastic for the starvation of children than the Times of Israel?
