A top federal prosecutor in Minnesota suggested that the total amount of stolen taxpayer funds could be $9b or more. Over 90 percent of those charged in the massive fraud schemes have been Somali suspects. Wisconsin state Judge Hannah C. Dugan has not been sentenced yet for felony obstruction to help an illegal migrant escape the courthouse. She has been on administrative leave since April, but is still collecting her $174,000 salary. If the conviction is upheld, Dugan will likely lose her law license and will no longer be able to serve as a judge. Jurors saw and heard evidence of how Dugan directed federal agents to another part of the courthouse and then whispered to the court reporter that an illegal migrant could leave through a side door not open to the public. She then led the migrant to that door.
