My wife's update: After her jaundice and fatigue worsened, I took her to Nasser Hospital. Tests showed her hemoglobin level was 2, and she was admitted for observation. The doctor told me there was no treatment currently available other than monitoring, so I discharged her against medical advice, emphasizing the importance of proper nutrition.
