Broadband engineer has been - I was his first call of the day, which was great, as it means none of my sitting around being unable to settle to anything while waiting. Have a new router and all is buzzing along nicely so far. Luckily I don't have a gazillion devices to connect to the new hub. He said he's been to houses where they've got like 50 devices to reconnect after a hub replacement. 😩

In today's "seagulls being absolute menaces" news: Gull samples man's coffee, before stealing the mug and dropping it in the sea. (An actual china mug, not some paper thing.) Could argue the gull was justified, as the man had been installing anti bird spikes on nearby houses, before stopping off at a pub for lunch. 😉

Just finished A Song of Legends Lost by M.H. Ayinde. Epic sci-fantasy, first of the Invoker trilogy, and bloody hell the next one better be out soon, because I'm hooked! Americans, this one comes out next month in the US. Get in on a library hold ASAP. It's fabulous. I definitely expect to see it on award shortlists #fantasy #SpecFic
