I've been putting together paperbacks of the Hyperion Cantos by Dan Simmons, mostly buying second hand as I spot them. At this point I will be disappointed if the edition I find of the final one, The Rise of Endymion, matches any of the other covers. 📚 If you can't get them all matching, the next best thing is to make sure none of them match. #Hyperion #DanSimmons

The prime minister believes a new scheme would help crack down on illegal working in the UK.

I'm about to start a new novel draft tomorrow. It's a bit hard to count, as there's no universally accepted word count length for a novel, and I've got at least two trunked novels, and a bunch of novel length fanfics. But using say the Hugo award word count length for a novel (over 40k) and going just with non-fanfic ones that are fully completed, published, or contracted, I think this new one will be my 25th novel since 2006. 😱
