On the wrong side of 30, I got a job as a grocery store cashier so I could start stacking. The job taught me a lot about people and a lot about money. I worked there throughout the 22’ bear market while counting to study BTC.
At first I was embarrassed when people found out I was working at a grocery store but I didn’t give a shit. The connections I’ve made in my community out paced others judgement and seeing how similar people interact with money and daily payments was humbling and insightful. A vast majority of humans are kind, honest people and they deserve a money that serves them and their future.
I’ve since moved onto a different job and more recently another each with increasing fiat pay and intern more Bitcoin. I’m still learning and stacking and now I’m zapping.
So on the verge of 40k I’m thinking about that grocery store job and how grateful I am for the opportunity to grow my stack while sweetening the human experience.
