Really liking the @GrapheneOS WebUSB installer so far. It's well documented and makes the process point-n-click. So far it seems to be working as advertised.

I have an unlocked Pixel 6a which I hope to use to test drive a few mobile, open source projects. @GrapheneOS is at the top of the list. Trying ouot its web installer now.
