We had 19 species and 127 individuals this week. Nothing very unusual, just the regulars this week. There is STILL one very determined chipmunk gathering seed every time I look. #Birds #ProjectFeederWatch #NewEngland #Gardening

Had a nice, traditional Thanksgiving meal with all the trimmings. Including main dishes, side dishes, veg, desserts, spices and beverages, our PlantsGiving total of botanical species included came to 44 this year. We had 19 species and 124 individuals this week, including a rare sighting of a Northern Flicker. The Red-Winged Blackbirds have gone, but the Grackles are back in lower numbers. The Red Shouldered Hawk is still hanging around making everyone nervous. Still one chipmunk stocking up on seed. #Birds #ProjectFeederWatch #NewEngland #Gardening #Allotment
