I know the sweetcorn is wind pollinated, but that does not stop the bees from enjoying all that nice pollen on a bright summer morning just after a rain!

The squash has acquired a guardian. We just call him "orange cat". Belongs to one of the neighbors. Likes to hunt around the garden. Won't let me get too close.

BeetBear says he is feeling kind of squashed today! Today's surplus going out for the neighbors includes 30 pounds (14 kilo) yellow sunburst squash and 25 pounds (11 kilo) of marketmore cucumbers. We also have eggplant, zucchini, and green bell peppers for today.
