All good here. Milton wasn't a menace here wind wise. Helene was far worse. Waiting for daylight to see anything but didn't hear much falling on the roof. Granted Helene brought down most of it during her visit. I hope those south of me are ok, early reports aren't good with all the tornados, surge, and winds. We have wind advisory out until this evening but it should be ok.

Already with the tropical storm warnings for me. Weather radio set, water freezing yep, gas for generator check, generator instructions check, batteries of all sorts check, power packs charged check, all available chargeable lights charged check, power backups for electronics charged and plugged in check, portable water containers out and leak checked yup, car filled with gas- yep

I just spent an hour with my new NP discussing all health concerns prior issues etc. she was actually excited to get my full history that I keep, labs that I have done etc. she said "this is awesome and so complete" yep everything a new clinician needs to know about me. I did indeed choose wisely. Now to get my health back on track too.

I know some of you all don’t like the the bird site but I’m sharing bc this is cedar key about 51 miles from me on the gulf. This is what 20 feet of surge, wave action and who knows how much wind exactly will do.

First light. Lots of small branches down slight damage to AC outer case. Will have to have to checked along with roof. The big branches on the lodge pole pines that should have been taken down came down in the back. I'm lucky they didn't take out a window.
