I'm going to bat for AKB48 circa singles 58, and 61-62. I think this era of AKB beginning with Nemohamo Rumor, despite faltering slightly, is something really special, something that people are going to look back on with wistfulness. I've been listening to these three Hiichan led releases a lot at work to get me through the day. I promise you people are going to re-evaluate these songs in a few years, and we're all going to realise how special these moments were.
