For Americans, I cannot recommend the FCC complaint form enough. Fill it out and suddenly your ISP will harass *you* to get your internet issues fixed.

I’m always astounded that windows, still, in the 21st century (let alone a quarter of the way through it!) thinks that cooperative multitasking is an acceptable thing to do. Like…. What?! (It only does this within a single application across its threads, but, still…what?)
