@△ TRiANG-ouL's avatar ▽ ok idk if it will work for all of them, but proof of concept works, i took one of those rj45 transformers from a donor and replaced one that went to a non-working port and it works again (at gigabit even) :hapy: bit of work to desolder those through hole parts tho

i was looking if i could fix non-working ethernet switch ports easily and they got those components that are basically black boxes with a shitload of coils inside some got no continuity in between them (that should have) so i think im on the right track
