I'm still amused that Pixelfed, the federated photo sharing website, ruins every photo you upload. mastodon, goto-social, iceshrimp etc. don't. only the photo one strips your colour profiles. literally every other fediverse app is better to post photos. this was reported on June 2023 and has an entire thread by now of people figuring out that Pixelfed ruins your photos, with not even an acknowledgement from the devs. no issue I reported to Pixelfed was ever addressed in any way by anyone ever
