This is from a couple days ago, but just saw this. It's a garbage lawsuit. Got a copy of the complaint and, notably, he doesn't include the prompts. If that's defamation, basically anyone can prompt any chatbot in a way that will generate defamatory statements... and then sue. RE:

Wrote about why, even if you hate AI and data scrapers, Reddit's lawsuit is pretty damn crazy. They're claiming that getting data from Google (not Reddit) violates copyrights that Reddit doesn't hold, meaning Reddit can claim copyright infringement. It's ridiculous. RE:
