21-year old Abdul Rahman al-Sabateen, arrested by Israeli soldiers in late June, has been confirmed to have died in Israeli custody last night, the PA said. He was from the town of Husan, near Bethlehem in the occupied #WestBank, was transferred to a hospital in Jerusalem where he was reported dead.
