This is admittedly a pathetic complaint, but now is the time of year when the rising sun shines in my eyes while it sit in my office chair in the morning. I realize it’s not the tragedy that many others face, such as bombs and starvation, but it can be somewhat irritating.
I don’t have a clever way to say it just this second, but I’m constantly astounded by how despicable Trump is and how little his followers care. It blows my mind. Truly.
“You really can’t see that?”
It’s 57° right now, sunny and still. The high today will be just 74°. Humidity hovering around 50%. A glorious day, and not a bad first day at school. It will get hot and sticky again before the fun is done, but wow, what a start.
A back yard day for me and the wife. Maybe a little fire.
This is an ungodly hour to be up. I used to do this every day. Not so much in the last few years. But today is the first day of school for four of my grandchildren, and the very first day for one four year old. I expect much weeping and the gnashing of teeth, from at least one parent.
I’m breaking out the real camera for this one. Hopefully I remember how to use it.
