Who wants voter suppression? Go on, raise your hand if you want to make voting harder? Pretty sure that’s none of you. The League of Women Voters has issued a national take action stance against this bill. I don’t care where you live- contact your congressional rep and tell them to vote no the SAVE Act if it comes a committee or to the floor or ends up as part of another bill. Thanks. Tell your members of Congress to oppose the SAVE Act | League of Women Voters
It’s a lie that the jobs are wasteful or unnecessary. And national parks are something everyone uses. Just wait until everyone has to wait in giant long lines to get in or someone needs rescuing from a fall off a trail. Eventually, the Trump government will declare them unsafe and open them up for industry to drill and destroy. Once they’re gone, they’re gone. You can’t rebuild them. I have no idea why Kansas farmers continue to trust Republicans after all the Kochs’ meddling in local politics and the hardship that’s caused Kansans. Were they played for suckers? I don’t know. They and others voted for him, believing none of his terrible policies would touch them personally. If you know any Trump-voting farmers, let them know they can vote for something else. With Trump and Musk driving U.S. policy, Kansas farmers have been played for suckers- https://kansasreflector.com/2025/02/12/with-trump-and-musk-driving-u-s-policy-kansas-farmers-have-been-played-for-suckers/
These are the people who think they’re “fighting fascism” by not voting- they think Kamala Harris is a fascist. Honestly, the stupid is hard to take. image
These are really great suggestions. Lots of people are asking what they can do. And many of the things that we can do are collective, but there are powerful individual actions as well. Thirty lonely but beautiful actions you can take right now which probably won't magically catalyze a mass movement against Trump but that are still wildly important:
Some nut on this platform is going around lying about Senate Democratic majorities and saying “Democrats in power” in the federal government. Hello- they don’t have any. Jesus Christ, educate yourselves. No wonder this country is fucked. Democrats haven’t had years of majorities and Mitch McConnell didn’t do anything except exercise majority power when Obama was President. Cripes. Why don’t people know basic stuff? Being unified as an entity is a feature that attracts voters. People have to be quit being nihilistic about politics and get excited about it. Trump voters drive around with gigantic MAGA flags on their oversized pickups. Nobody wants to be a part of party that nitpicks and attacks itself, its members, and its elected officials 24/7. It drives voters away. It won’t matter who’s at the forefront. Republicans know this and too many not Republicans don’t.
