I never thought both candidates were the same and tried to shut that idea down many times, and I also guarantee that Kamala Harris and Democrats wouldn't have put halt to Head Start and hurt children living in poverty this way. I don't know how you can watch billionaires openly manipulate the public on a mass scale never before seen in human history so they could do exactly what they’re doing right now and think the real problem is that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz didn't try to convince people hard enough.

Democrats’ plan to stop authoritarianism and stop from Elon Musk taking over our government and stop Project 2025 was for people to vote for them November 5th. They said it. They ran ads about it. They sent emails about it. They went on TV and podcasts and talked about. That was the plan. America didn’t do the plan. If people were out creating excitement for the Dem ticket for a year the way they want to organize protests now, we wouldn’t be here.

I guess people just don’t like reality but I’m going to mention once again that Kamala Harris and Democrats did not win the popular vote nor the Electoral vote nor the U.S. Senate nor the U.S. House. They gained a couple in the House and lost a few in the Senate. If America meant to send a message that it wants Democrats to stop Trump, it didn’t send it. I’d like Democrats to stop Trump. But I voted for them November 5th. Ship’s kinda sailed for now. Sorry.

Since nobody’s covering this stuff, I’ll do it. This is from Hakeem Jeffries, Leader of the House Democratic Caucus. My own U.S. House representative has been all over the district, and has called an emergency town hall for Thursday evening. If you’re not seeing this in the same media that normalized and generally wanted Trump by all appearances, don’t be shocked. Democrats are doing things, limited by the power voters didn’t bother to give them. That’s just the reality of the situation.

Some advice: As much as I support local political and social action (not just now- I’ve been at this a very long time now and am very experienced at it) beware of political actions posted by unknown groups. Back in the first Trump administration, a number of us found ourselves at actions that were actually run by extremists in both directions. Do not go to an action if you do not have some idea of who is running it. Do not go if they don't have some local connections you can check out. 1/2
