For everyone who says there’s no point in voting and that all candidates are the same because colonialism, etc. no, they are not. Governor Spanberger put an end to former Gov. Youngkin’s order to Virginia police that they cooperate with ICE. Youngkin did this even knowing that ICE was acting in a way that is extraconstitutional and unlawful. Gov. Spanberger rescinds Gov. I legitimately not only remember people deadass telling us “you’re overreacting” about the danger of Trump being elected again, but I can read the old posts. Yeah. we were not. I heard "both sides are the same" as an excuse and that it was stupid to "trust any politician" as another. It all lead to the same outcome of Trump being elected. Don’t let your country be overrun by social media bots and morons.
If someone comes up to you in an unmarked car, not in your city's police uniform, doesn't identify themselves, and you have a small child at home who has already suffered the loss of one parent, and a large group of men are screaming at you and trying to open the door, when you've done nothing wrong, your instinct is going to be exactly the same. She didn't do anything wrong. This is horrible. All people had to do was fill out a ballot. That’s it.

Two things can be true. It’s possible both to despise Maduro for what he has done to Venezuela AND to oppose an illegal and unconstitutional invasion of a sovereign country to seize control of its oil reserves or try to falsely demonstrate superiority by use of force or try and distract Americans from the economy or the Epstein files or all of that put together. What an absolute clown show of a country we are. We don't hold any moral superiority anywhere.
9 points but in 2024 Trump won by 22. I’m sure Republicans are trying to pretend this is no big deal, but watching the numbers go backwards in this red area means trouble for MAGA. I wish for the sake of everyone that more people would have figured it out, you know, sooner. Or hopefully could try and remember just what Republicans do when in power.
