GM, I just had a client tell me they’ve been working so much that they don’t have time to exercise and they’ve been eating a lot of fast bad food.
I want to tell her that she’s been working too hard, and that she shouldn’t be so hard on herself. Although I may be right , her fiat standard of living doesn’t allow that concept to apply.
Only if she knew her efforts were more than enough but she has been spending all of her energy in exchange for a substitute money supply that’s not designed to preserve the value of her energy.
She’s a really hard-working nice person so I won’t give up in helping her achieve her wellness goals in addition to supplying her with the right knowledge to preserve her efforts.
