Megapixels 2.0 alpha release

Finally after a lot of work I felt it was a good idea to close off this year by tagging the first actual release of the Megapixels 2.0 codebase.

Got the full-color YUV preview pipeline working in Megapixels 2, Should help a lot on the platforms where getting bayer-encoded camera streams is not working. This means postprocessing isn't really possible but it's better than nothing. Here running with an UVC webcam for testing.

Here's postprocessd from #megapixels applying lens distortion and vignetting correction (the wrong values to make it more visible when testing) This should help a lot with image quality
