Israel continues to kill children in the Gaza Strip.
It continues to drop bombs on densely populated areas.
It continues to burn people alive.
These are not “incidents.”
This is not a “conflict.”
This is ethnic cleansing and genocide, carried out in full view of the world.
The so-called “ceasefire” never truly existed. It was a narrative fiction, behind which uninterrupted violence and escalation continued from the very beginning. Each violation pushes the boundary of what is considered “acceptable” further and further.
Resistance to genocidal actions is essential, because Gaza has become an altar upon which our shared humanity is being sacrificed.
Silence is consent.
“It’s complicated” is complicity.
Looking away allows the line to be moved again.
Dehumanization never stops with one group.
What is being done to Palestinians today will become tomorrow’s norm for others deemed inconvenient, undesirable, or expendable. Eventually, it reaches everyone — inside their own countries, their own cities — where citizens are treated as objects, and dissent is reclassified as hostility.
This is always how the mechanism works.
And this is precisely why silence is not an option.
