Once more deeply despairing and struggling to believe anything will ever get better, or that I'll ever feel better.

I'm very relieved that my sister's friends have really rallied and made sure she's getting nice gifts for her birthday, when she's been struggling so much and feeling incredibly down.

I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow that I've been completely irrationally panicking about all week. It'll be fine! It'll be fine.
