I can't stress this enough. We are being "lied" to for our entire life. REAL ESTATE is not an ASSET It's simply because we have to pay for up keeps, maintenance, property tax, and inflation for the property we own, regardless if we are living in it or renting it out. #Bitcoin  is really an ASSET, because we don't have to do any of those things listed above.
