My chair just made a noise and my mom said “what was that?” Omg! She can hear!

I called my mom upstairs to my room and showed her the hearing aids. I told her she didn’t have to use them, but they didn’t require a doctor's visit and nothing ventured, nothing gained. She made a face but she tried them. After a few adjustments, she says they’re good and she likes them. She has them on right now.
