Getting really tired of this, we can't be the only ones who suffer through it. A few podcasters out there believe that podcast apps require explicit permission to use a public RSS feed. I tried explaining to them that an RSS feed is like a website, and they are trying to say Safari wasn't given permission to load it. But there's no reasoning with them. These particular nasties have gone so far as to try to get our app delisted from the app store.
Been working on this for quite awhile. Anyone can now sign-up to our VIP tier via Stripe on our website. Keeping the price dirt cheap for now until we are sure we have worked out all the glitches.
Currently being bullied by a podcaster because an ancient episode from their podcast (that's no longer in their feed) is cached on someones phone (new subscribers won't see it), and they are trying to get Apple to boot us of the app store because of this. On top of this (at least in their video evidence) the audio still plays because they haven't removed the content from where ever they are hosting it from.
