 More information on the oil tanker that the US seized near Venezuela. It was not, as I thought, Venezuelan. It identified itself falsely as registered in Guyana. I did not see in the article where, if anywhere, the ship was actually registered. Maybe I was mistaken in saying that seizing the ship was an act of war against Venezuela, or any country.
