 Rising sea level will cause flooding of thousands of shoreside sites that handle toxic waste. With all the things that will be causing danger and damage in the 2070s, I doubt that the US (or any other country) will have the funds to move or clean up these facilities. I think many will simply be abandoned and their hazardous contents released into the ocean.
