⚑️ FOR SALE: 2012 Jaguar XF 3.0 V6 Petrol (nicknamed Miss Quixotic) πŸ“ Location: Kerikeri, Northland, New Zealand πŸ’° Price: $9,900 NZD (when paid in fiat) OR $9000 NZD (when paid in #Bitcoin) Even though I call her Miss Quixotic, the XF is not really THAT impractical or an unrealistic car. It's a decent sized saloon, comfortable (and powerful enough) to drive and not super expensive to buy or maintain - IMO it's one of those cars that sits nicely in the middle of the line where on the one end there are super boring, soulless boxes on wheels and on the other side are truly insane, expensive and impractical cars. The XF is a car that's "normal" enough to be your everyday driver, but at the same time, unique and beautiful enough to be considered a piece of art. TL;DR: What happens to your work, your business, your Bitcoin should you be incapacitated or, God forbid, pass away prematurely? Well, after 2+ years of being healthy as a horse, it finally happened... I caught a cold. Most probably, a virus of some kind, nevertheless, the result is the same: 1) Missed 2 days of my fiat job (although one should not work on Sundays anyway...) and potentially may miss more (although I hope and try to make that not be the case) 2) No further work done on @SATOSH.EE and/or @Open Source Culture, my artistic endeavours, @npub1angx...rrpe, barely any physical exercise (with a noteworthy exception - read below), no breaking of beautiful girls' hearts, no sonnets in the moonlight, etc. in the past couple of days 3) Even more tired than usual :) Now what I can be proud of is that I've managed to continue doing 100+ pushups per day (to which I largely attribute my health in general), including a max set of 77 this morning, which was a personal record (I started doing max sets every morning - in addition to 120+ during the day - a few weeks ago, inspired by David Goggins, and thus far, 71 was my PB). The 14+ hours of sleep I had prior, plus the fact that I did that set outside in the Sun, definitely gave me the required energy. Perhaps using the #100ADayTilIDie hashtag has made me conscious of the possible result of not doing the 100 pushups... Also, an essential part of my good health (thus far) has been avoiding alcohol - I haven't had a drink in 2+ years by now (the last drink I had was with the man the myth the legend @47 in April 2023 during a Melbourne Bitcoin meetup - no regrets) Also, even though I'm ill and don't want to spend a lot of time on the laptop, I've still checked @SATOSH.EE orders at least once every 24 hours and make no mistake, all orders that have to be fulfilled manually (i.e. gift card orders with custom AI designs) will be ready and delivered in 72 hours or less, as per the Terms and Conditions. What's coming next for @SATOSH.EE: 1) A blog post introducing @micahcmiracle and his winning work for @Open Source Culture 2) A mothers' day campaign and a custom, time-limited availability gift card design for the occasion 3) New #zapvertisement campaigns and chances to earn some sats On a personal front, I have a whole bunch of material ready which I want to put out there as soon as the time/energy constraints loosen their grip... But what I want this note to make you all think about; what this illness had made me think about is this - and it is especially pertinent if your whole being and business is literally a one-man show: Should you get seriously ill (or worse) - what happens to your enterprise(s)? What happens to your #Bitcoin? Is there anyone who can, and knows how to, take over your business? Will anybody have access to your Bitcoin should you leave this Earth prematurely? How will they be able to get this access? Do you have any kind of a dead man's switch enabled? These questions have been on my mind for a long time, but I've largely ignored them due to them not being "of priority" ... the illness is making be reconsider my stance and place those questions higher in the hierarchy.

The job of the artist is to get high. To reach out into the ether - the spaceless, timeless, shapeless void that contains within itself the whole of human potential - to let that silence talk to and through them, and to bring ideas, concepts never before conceived down from the shadow realms from a formless state into the lower layers of mental and physical constructs i.e. what we generally perceive as reality. This is why the artist should never be concerned with what the audience wants. His only concern is offering them what they need - and since they’ve never had it - they don’t know what they need. The whole process mimics the creation of life itself and is what empaths, priests, parents, shamans and masters of various disciplines have been doing throughout history - and it is, essentially, being in contact with God or the Universe and simply following the Tao or the Way. Life is art, we are all artists.
