Some bitcoiners grow followers by repeating popular memes and trends on Bitcoin Twitter. While effective short-term, it's a mistake: you'll get stuck in an echo chamber. Focus on original, quality content to build a credible and lasting community.
Thank you Oslo, what a great week at Oslo Freedom Forum! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ‡ด๐Ÿ’• image
Four years ago, I posted my first "bitcoin photo" on Instagram. At that time, I was receiving my salary in bitcoin as a designer. I was happy, though I wasn't very vocal about my bitcoin involvement on social media and didn't know much about it, let alone bitcoin maximalism. Started posting about bitcoin led to a turning point. I was invited to join a podcast, which despite drawing some negative reactions and distancing a financial advisor friend (he still doesnโ€™t talk to me๐Ÿ˜‚), opened new doors for me. It connected me with another Italian bitcoin enthusiast, and he invited me to participate in bitcoin-themed Clubhouse rooms. There, I met my first fellow bitcoiners, who have since become close friends and I even met my boyfriend there. Before this, I hadn't known any Italian bitcoiners. Now, my life has transformed: I travel the world with my life partner, work for a fantastic company, and am part of a vibrant community of female bitcoin enthusiasts in Italy. I have friends from the bitcoin community all over the globe. I donโ€™t know where I would be if I didnโ€™t post this pic. If you're asking yourself to do that thing-just do it. ๐Ÿฉท image
