Thanks to Solana I have financed my new home WITH BITCOIN THAT I HAVE NOT SOLD. I took a loan of USDC with Bitcoin as collateral 4 months ago. I sent the money to Kraken and converted it to Euro. Then I took out an additional loan with which I speculated on Perpetual Futures with LOW levarage. I have now paid back EVERYTHING and I converted the zBTC (token that is minted when you lock your bitcoin on a special site on Solana) back into BTC. So don’t tell me I didn’t need anything else than Bitcoin. I am blown away by the extreme functionality of the Solana network that permissionlessly lets me use my precious Bitcoin to buy an apartment, renovate it, buy furnitures and speculate intelligently to pay off the loan and then convert every bitcoin I locked to get zBTC, back into bitcoin which is now safely back in cold storage. All in a time frame of 4 months. Absolutely mindblowing! Bitcoin together with Solana is a complete game changer.
